Do you have a physical store? Yes! Visit us on the Homer Spit at 4306 Homer Spit Rd, Bldg 2, Homer, Alaska 99603 — open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you charge sales tax? Yes, applicable Alaska local sales tax (Homer / Kenai Peninsula Borough) is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes — you can cancel or modify unfulfilled items within 1 hour of placing your order. Just contact us as fast as you can. Once your order enters fulfillment, we're unable to cancel it, but our 30-day return policy has you covered.

Shipping & Tracking

How long does it take for my order to ship? Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Which carriers do you use? We ship via UPS and FedEx.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link once your order ships. You can also track directly at ups.com/track or fedex.com/fedextrack.

Do you ship internationally? No, We Currently ship only USA.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy? We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee — free return shipping, no restocking fees, and refunds to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return? Email support@thebettersweater.com or call (907) 279-5657 with your order number, and we'll send a free prepaid return label.

How long do refunds take? Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong? Contact us right away — we'll send a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping cost to you.

Are all items eligible for return? Final sale, clearance, or gift card items are not eligible for return unless defective. Exceptions are noted on the product page.
